Welcome to the RED Loyalty Card Program!
What is the RED loyalty Thank You Program and how does it work?
Just for enrolling, we’ll load your card with 200 points as soon as you register it online. Then, present your card each time you dine at Remedy’s, Elixir and Distill, and you will earn one point for every dollar you spend (excluding tax & gratuity) on food and beverage purchases. No points on Alcoholic Beverages.
How does earning rewards work?
You will earn a reward for every 100 points you acquire, you will automatically receive $10 in rewards to spend on your next purchase or accumulate to use at a later date once the points convert to dollars, your RED Loyalty card will convert to a gift card. When you would like to redeem your reward, tell your server to put it towards your bill.
Are rewards transferrable?
Rewards are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash they are not valid in combinations with any other offers, discounts or promotions.
Where can I register my card and enroll?
To access your account, view your rewards or read all terms and condition, just click on the RED Loyalty card link.
How many points do I need to receive a Rewards Club reward?
You need 100 points to receive a $10.00 reward.
Do I earn points on tax and tip?
No. Your points are only earned on food and beverage purchases.
Do I earn points for gift card purchases?
Yes, you are able to earn points on gift card purchases.
Do I earn points regardless of the form of payment?
Yes! Cash, Credit & Debit cards can be used, no points will be awarded when a gift card or Friends Card dollars are used to pay your bill.
Do my rewards expire?
No, your rewards do not expire.
Can I earn points when paying with a gift card?
No! You are not able to earn points when paying with a gift card.
Can I earn points for group events?
Definitely! Points may be earned for private parties by the member paying the bill, with a maximum of 5,000 points earned per dining events. To qualify for points on private dining functions, you must be an active RED loyalty Card member prior to booking the party.
What if I take another RED loyalty card member to dinner and my guest pays for the check. Can I have the points divided between the both of us?
That will not be a problem for us to arrange.
Can I give my card to a family member or friend to redeem my points when I’m not there?
Yes, any family member or friend can use your card at your discretion.
My RED loyalty Card is lost or stolen. Before I report it as lost, someone finds it and redeems my rewards at one of the restaurants. Am I able to get those points back?
Unfortunately, no. We are not responsible for a lost or stolen card. Make sure you contact us immediately to activate a new card.
How do I receive credit for my guest check if I have forgotten to present my card to the server?
You may receive credit by emailing a copy of your receipt to Amy@REDTaverns.com or you can call us at 702-272-0000 Attention: RED Loyalty Card Please include your member number with the email to ensure proper posting.
What are the advantages of accessing my account online?
You are able to access and manage your account. Check your account balance at anytime, including restaurant visits and dollars needed to reach the next reward. Manage your Member Profile (update address, add email, etc.) or order a replacement membership card.
Will I earn points on to-go orders, specials, features or happy hour dining?
How long does it take for my points to show up on my card?
Your reward and redemption points are live in real-time, but your conversion from points to reward dollars will take 24 hours.
Can employees and intermediate family be a member of the Rewards Club?
Employees of Remedy’s,Elixir, Distill and their spouses, parents and/or children are not eligible for enrollment in the Program.
